DOES EVERYONE FOLLOW THE SAME CURRICULUM?
Yes. On the weekly calls, everyone is following the same syllabus curriculum. Each week, will cover a topic or learn a technique, and there will be implementation and peer coaching during those weekly calls.
There will also be pre-study/self-study for each certification that each student will do in their own time prior to us covering that topic live.
The intention there is to both meet certification hours, and to build the foundation of a concept prior to introducing it on the call where we can then do a deeper dive, spend more time on practicing the techniques, and answering any questions.
IS THE PSYCHE COACHING CERTIFICATION ACCREDITED?
Yes! The Psyche Coaching Certification is accredited by the Board of Neuro-Energetics. That means this certification has met the criteria for the highest accreditation standards in the coaching industry.

DO I NEED TO GET CERTIFIED TO BE A COACH?
Coaching is an unregulated field, which means that anyone can decide that they want to promote themselves as a coach, even if they have no formal training.
Meaning, you don’t “need” this or any other training or certification.
That said, here’s why so many coaches, healers, business owners, and lightworkers choose to become professionally certified…
While there are many professions where you can “wing it” and learn the basics on the job, there are others where lacking a foundation can lead to serious consequences.
I mean, would you hire a solo contractor to redesign your home if they had no training or experience building a sturdy frame, properly installing the plumbing, or securing those loose screws?
How certain would you be that you wouldn’t experience leaky or clogged pipes down the road? Have sh*t hit the fan? Or that the house wouldn’t just collapse after stormy weather?
Chances are, you’d be looking to hire a trained professional.
If you’re here, it’s because there’s a part of you that already knows that a coach’s seemingly insignificant misstep can unearth a client’s very real crisis.
And that’s why you’re looking into continuing to develop your skill set — because without it, you’ll likely reach a point, (if you’re not already there now,) where you feel like you don’t have anything else to offer your clients. And in order for your business to continue growing financially, you need to be able to retain clients and attract new ones, by helping them get their desired results.
WHAT IF I CAN'T MAKE THE TRAININGS LIVE?
We recommend enrolling only if you can commit to attending, and being fully present on a minimum of 85% of the live calls.
Given that this is a 6-month commitment, we realize that there will be times where you’ll need to meet your hours through watching a replay, and that’s okay. All live trainings and coaching Q&A sessions will be recorded and uploaded into the member’s area so that you can re-watch at your leisure.
If you have specific questions, but cannot make a live call, there will be opportunities to still have your questions answered.
If you need to make up any techniques, you’ll have the option to record yourself working with a fellow student, or attend one of our technique calls, which will be additional calls that will be made available as needed to refresh, practice, receive coaching, or make up required hours.
WILL I BE ABLE TO ASK SPECIFIC QUESTIONS IF I NEED HELP?
Yes! During the 6 months of weekly calls with Jen, you’ll be able to get expert feedback and get your questions answered on each call. We have included additionial space for Q&A so that you get support and guidance.
The trainings will be delivered LIVE, with recordings to watch and rewatch at any time.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
We know that inside of this certification program you will get the techniques, tools, guidance, and support to grow your coaching business, if you show up for the work.
Because of the high-level commitment and hours required to become certified, the last thing we want to do is attract course hoppers and looky-loo’s who are only interested in digging through the member’s portal only to immediately refund so that they can course hop, or who enroll but don’t show up to training calls allowing the program to collect metaphorical dust.
It is for that reason that we do not offer refunds.
This certification is for committed, heart-centered individuals who are willing to do the work, and ready to make a real difference in the world.
That is also why our enrollment acceptance process is by enrollment call only. We want to make sure all of your questions are answered, expectations are clear, and that it’s a fully aligned fit.
